You’d like to place an order at dayz.nl. How do you do this?

Quite simple actually! We will ask you once to create an account for dayz.nl. This process is fairly easy, you just fill in your personal data once and it’s done. Your account will then be verified and activated. For future visits to our dayz.nl shop, you just have to log in and you’re ready to shop and drop your favourites in your shopping bag at any given time.

How to pay for your favourite items?

There are several ways to pay for the products you buy at dayz.nl:

- Via iDEAL:

(If you have an account at any of the following banks, iDEAL is the most convenient payment method for you) ABN-AMRO, ASN Bank, Deutsche Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RBS, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers.

- Creditcard:

When paying by CreditCard you’ll be able to pay safe, secure and easy. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Maestro.

- On credit:

If you have been accepted as dayz sellingpoint and succesfully passed the creditcheck, you will be able to pay on credit with a maximum of €3.000,- or €15.000,- a month, depending on the credit check results. 

Is it possible to order individual sizes?

Ofcourse it’s possible to order individual sized at dayz.nl. This is one of our unique selling points! Due to this option, you’re not required to order a complete size package. 

Delivery of your favourite purchases from dayz.nl

Orders placed on workdays (before 22:00) will be delivered at your store the very next day, if the shipping address is located in The Netherlands or Belgium. Orders placed during weekends will be delivered the next Tuesday. After placing your order you’ll receive an e-mail with track & trace information, which enables you to follow your package at any time. This way you stay up to date and you’ll know when to expect your new products.

Attention! Please notice that around holiday season the transporters aren't always on time with their deliveries.

Handling fee

Please be informed that a handling fee is charged for each order (€5,95 per order/excl. Tax).

Can I change or cancel an order that I’ve placed?

Due to the fact that orders are directly processed by our systems, in order to make sure the package is delivered to its destination in time, it is not possible to change or cancel an already placed order. If you ordered the wrong item or if you are not satisfied with the product, you can of course return the article(s) free of charge.
